This week, I learn…

… a lot of new things…

I suddenly wanted to know more about the Amish people (don’t ask why… I also dunno why…). IMO, you have to have a really, really strong belief and self-discipline to forego every single kemajuan that the world has got to offer. I don’t think I can live without internet anymore…

I also learn that ‘Rosh Hashanah’ and ‘Yom Kippur’ are actually Jewish holy days… All this while I thought it’s related to Hinduism or Sikh (yes, yes… I’m a dumb blonde)…

I also learn that ENO can help with your heartburn. For those who are pregnant and nothing seems to help (even 100 plus), try ENO… Not too much tho… Sip slowly and you will feel better soon.

I learn that some Malaysian are really ignorant about their own nationality. I heard on the radio this morning, a lady said; ‘I don’t actually kno what I am. So I usually describe myself as ‘Marjerin – Malaysian + Arab + Jawa + Indian’…’ OMG! What passport you hold la???? You are a citizen of Saudi, Indonesia, and India as well????? I’m not patriotic but when you confused your nationality with your own ethnicity, you are such a dumb-ass!

This week I also learn that Baby K knos 1, 2, tiiiiii! So when I count 1, 2, she will say ‘tiiiii’… And she seems to prefer boys than girls… Dunno where she got that from…. Hehehehehe….

p/s: Today we are having a Merdeka Celebration in the ofis. Everyone is supposed to dress up in national costume. I came wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. A friend asked about my attire and I told him, ‘I’m the British soldier who came to jajah Tanah Melayu on a weekend…’… WHAAAAAT?!!!! True whaaaat!

… regarding POLITICS…

IMO:-

• There’s no point for Saiful to swear in the name of Allah if the evidence is all against his claim. It’s ridiculous… Jangan sampai kena panah petir sudah…
• Should our justice system decide that Anwar Ibrahim needs to be convicted just because someone swore that he did it with no factual evidence to support the claim, then the rest of the criminals can simply SWEAR that they never did what they were convicted for, and can walk free.
• Of course everyone would think that since Anwar Ibrahim refused to swear about the whole sodomy case, that he actually DID it. But that doesn’t seem to bother the voters…
• PM and DPM should have something to worry about now…

What is wrong with Malaysia’s hospitals? Where are all the good looking doctors? Or no good looking Malaysian dude is intelligent enough to be a doctor? Why la? Why??????

Abu’s back from Vietnam and surprisingly, Baby K LIKES him better… I think absence makes the heart grow fonder. I’m still not doing well with the nausea and vomitting. According to MOST medical websites and books, this will be the final week I will experience it, but it doesn’t seem like it’s slowing down anytime soon. I want to be zen about this but I can’t. It’s just too damn uncomfortable! Last weekend, I almost pitam! I think that was due to lack of watever in my body… SIGH…

What else should I write about? What do you guys want to kno? Put it in the comment box and I’ll ramble about it.

Good Mood

I’m in a good mood today, despite the early muntah session that I had this morning at 5am. I’m sleepy and groggy but weirdly happy. No… No drugs involved… I dunno why… I’m just happy.

I’m not rude!

I’m actually very polite. I say ‘thank you’ and ‘please’. I’m also very pleasant and my gorgeous smile will definitely brightens up your day. If you are my friend or been reading my blog, you notice one unflattering bad trait that I have; temper. My temper is legendary…

As always, I take NPE to and fro everyday. Every single time I pass the toll booth, I will say ‘terima kasih’ and smile at the toll collector person. Sometimes, I get them smiling back at me, sometimes I get those who I feel like their faces macam kena tampar malaikat. So yesterday, I was rushing back to avoid the jam and fighting my sleepiness. Since my touch n go had ‘0′ balance, I had to pay manually. I’m not usually very clumsy but yesterday all the money fell on me and since it’s the end of the month, most it was duit syiling (kesian kan?)… As the toll collector person put out her hand and waited (not patiently) for the duit, she was complaining to her friend; ‘kalau dah tahu nak bayar, siap2 la duit tu dulu’. I think she didn’t mean for me to overheard the conversation. So I just sat there, in my car, and decided to pay her Rm1.60 in syiling. Taking my own sweet time to calculate the 5, 10 and 20 sen that was everywhere around me. And guess what the girl say to me? ‘Kak, boleh cepat sikit tak?’. Talk about customer servicing…

Guess what I did? Guess… Guess! You would never in your right mind, could’ve guessed my next action. I actually gave her the money, smile and say ‘terima kasih kerana menunggu.’…

So who’s mean now?????????????

Mengantuk tahap 8 juta!

I hardly sleep last nite. Had a huge migraine but can’t take any ubat penenang due to pregnancy. Hence, me not sleeping much. And Baby K decides to wakey wakey at 4am today. What a great start!!!

I’m currently in a training session and basically is running on a quarter of battery power. I hope by the time it gets to my session to talk, I will be ABLE to talk. If not, I won’t be able to proceed with the next method of communication, which is sign language because the training is actually over the phone between KL and Singapore. I was supposed to go to Singapore but we had to cancel the trip due to a lot of complications. I am actually thankful (not happy, but thankful) that we didn’t have to go because I’m too exhausted to travel for now. I need a vacation from last week’s vacation. Does that make sense?

Anyhoo, I was watching season 2 of GA yesterday. I was laughing so hard when Christina started crying like mad and started shouting ’sedate me!’. I now find that McDreamy is very boring. Meredith is too pushy. I love Alex and Christina. And Izzie is so whiny. George is hilarious. Burke is very attractive. And yes, I think I’m very much obsessed with the show already. But not up to my obsession towards Supernatural and X-Files. Those 2 shows are at super-geek-trekkies level of obsession.

Okla… I think I’ve entertain you enuff. Now, I shall proceed to do my best talent which is sleeping with my eyes open. I had a lot of practise during my uni years…

McDreamy

Okay… So that depression thingy lead to one good thing; me watching Grey’s Anatomy. I have never been interested in that type of TV series and no TV doctor could ever replace my biggest crush ever; Doogie Howser. Since I was out of Ugly Betty or Supernatural or X-Files to watch, I found out out that I actually have Grey’s Anatomy DVDs. It might be my aunt’s or Su Yin’s… Hmmmm…. Anyways, I started with the first episode and couldn’t stop until episode 6. I only stopped watching because it was already 1am and I have to work this morning. If not, it will be a world record of watching one whole season in less than 24 hours with no break at all.

Back to Grey’s Anatomy… I think Meredith Grey is boring. The ones who are making the show interesting are the people around her. Christina is so not human and I think she’s got the best lines in the script. George and Izzie completes each other and Alex is very boyish and immature. And McDreamy? If he was my doctor, either I’ll be sick or naked all the time. Damn those beautiful eyes!

Ok… Nuff fantisizing about McDreamy for one day. And btw, why did McD stopped serving McEgg? I love McEgg! It was yummy and cheap… They should have McEgg in their menu again.

Aku yang teramat fed up

Words of encouragement does not help at all!

Orang kata, ‘bersabar’ or ‘try not to think about it’ or ‘when the baby comes, everything will be ok’. I say, ‘WATEVER!!!!!!!’… I just want this nausea and giddiness and body ache to go away NOW! Iskiskiskisk…

Ok… Must take out all this negative aura… Not good for baby and me… I need to watch a good love story or at least a 2 hour massage.

Balik kampung

We are back home, in KK for a week. Abu is away on a business trip to Vietnam for 2 weeks. It’s good to be back home and do nothing but eat and sleep…

Pregnancy update:

Still very much sick. The nausea should stop around this month but it don’t look like it’s gonna slow down any time soon. If this continues until the end of the pregnancy, I think THIS IS IT!!! 2 is enough! Sobsobsob…

Baby K’s update:

Budak ini sangaaaaaaaaaaat noti… She behaves when she’s with her bibik, but as soon as she sees me, aiyo… Me being very tired and lethargic nowadays cannot layan her as much as I’d love to. So, I have to stay in my room quietly, or else she’ll be asking me to carry her up and down the stairs (here in KK la…). And if I scold her, she will start to bergolek-golek on the floor and  cry. Dunno la where she got the temper from… Heheheheh…

Okla… Need to go and puke my head off… Very aneroxic of me… I love you all and I miss you!

I wanted to buy you the Batpod, but he wouldn’t sell it too me… He say I got no lesen motorsikal to buy it… That damn Batman! So stingy!!!!
