70kg… And not loving it!
I stand at a mere 160cm. You don’t have to do the counting. I’ll tell you what it means. It means that I’m OVERWEIGHT!
I also don’t appreciate it when people tells me, “That’s ok… You gave birth twice, hence all the extra fat around your belly”. CRAP! Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins and she’s thin as a blackboard. Some even said, “You removed one thyroid. That definitely have a little impact on your metabolisme”. Yes. That helps a bit but it doesn’t help the fact that I weigh a little bit too much.
I don’t do snacking and I don’t really eat a lot. Excersice? I think I need to start doing that. But don’t start to assume I am fat because I don’t do any kind of physical activities. I walk a lot and do a lot of angkat mengangkat barang as well.
So what do I do to fight the flabs? I just started on hydroxycut and meal replacer once a day. I don’t eat after 6pm. And I detox every month. I hope this works… Sigh…
